11.6 After a while some updates :)
All the puppies born this spring have moved to their new homes and we wish them the best of luck for the future and we thank the new owners of the best homes for Kerttu, Eppu, Hugo and Huisku!
In May we were in a dog show with Sohvi, Siiri and Luca today. We had a nice day with Sohvi, she won the junior class with "excellent" and was chosen as the second best female with reserve CAC! Siiri got "very good" in intermediate class and was placed third and Luca won his class with "very good". The judge was Pirjo Aaltonen from Finland. Here you can see few photos of Luca and Siiri :)
Siiri was examined for eyes and knees this weekend. Her eyes were healthy with no signs of PRA, HC or RD and patellas were 0/1.
4.5 Here are some new photos of "Gretel", Vanu & Topsy's girl puppy at the age of 2,5 months :)
We took some new photos of Pipsa! She is now a little bit over two years old and she starts to look more and more like her mother Doris :)
At the beginning of April we got a new "puppy" to our family, but this time the breed was something else than coton ;) Larissa and Sami are the proud parents of this little boy and Hertta is naturally the proud big sister :D
Oliver (Cheriban Olá Baunilha), a puppy from Sulo and Lupsi was in a puppy show today and was placed as a BOB-puppy! Congratulations for Oliver and his handler of a great accomplishment!
30.3 Suti & Pipsa's puppies are born! At Wednesday night Pipsa gave birth to three boys, two white ones and one with some color on his head. The mother and the puppies are doing well :) Here are few photos of the puppies at three days old.
Vanu & Topsy's puppy is also growing, she is soon already seven weeks old :) Here is also one photo of her.
3.3 Our Valentine Day's present, the daughter of Topsy (Thiam Cristal de Mira Ceti) and Vanu (Vumble Bumb of Delicious Love) is soon going to be three weeks old :) Here are some photos of our little "Gretel", at age of two weeks :)
We are also expecting puppies to our co-owned female Pipsa (Nounouche Minea Mouflette) at the end of March/ beginning of April :) Pipsa was eye-examined on January and was found free of all hereditary diseases :)
We were in a dog show with Sohvi in Turku on January. There was also Sohvi's sister Siiri, Hertta & Sulo's puppy Mucca and our co-owned male Luca. Siiri and Sohvi both got excellents and Sohvi was also placed fourth in her class. Mucca was the fourth in her class (puppy class) and was awarded with an honour price also. Luca won the male puppies and he was also the BOB-puppy! The judge was Christian Jouanchicot from France.
Yesterday in Helsinki Luca participated to a puppy show. There was 7 coton puppies entered and Luca was the BOB-puppy again! The judge was Veli-Pekka Kumpumäki from Finland. Congratulations to Tiina and Tommi and of course to Luca! :)
NEWS 2007
29.12 Some updates added more :) We have added new pages for gallery and puppygallery and also changed the video in the videogallery (now the stars are Siiri & Sohvi at 22 days old)...
We got some great news from Niina and Pipsa (Minea Mouflette). Pipsa was checked for patellas and she got the much waited and wanted result, 0/0! Thank you Niina for taking Pipsa to the check up!
22.12 Some updates after a loooong time! We have added a new page for Sohvi and for our co-owned cotons. Soon we will also add some new photos =)
We were in the Finnish Winner show with Sohvi in the beginning on December. She got an Excellent in the junior class and the judge was Kirsti Lummelampi from Finland.
Some more of our dogs were tested for CMR in November. We tested Hertta and our co-owned female Pipsa and Marianne (Cottonclown) tested her Siiri. Pipsa's brother Uula was tested also and Luca, who is co-owned by Pirjo and Marianne. All other got a free (clear) result except Pipsa who was found to be a carrier. It was not a big surprise for us at this point since her mother Doris was found to be a carrier earlier.
Sulo & Lupsi's (Cheriban Indian Lullaby) puppies were visiting Pirjo's home for one day in the beginning of December, so here you can see some photos of them at 8 weeks old =)

12.8 Siiri & Sohvi (Nounouche Amelia Gabble & Abigail Gabble) participated two puppy shows. On last weeks show Siiri won the class for smaller puppies with an honour price and Sohvi was the second also with an honour price. In final results Siiri was placed second in the best female class and Sohvi was placed third =)
This weekend Siiri was able to improve her result as she was the BOB puppy! Sohvi did also well as being placed third in the best female class =)

2.8 A lot has happened after last update! We have moved to a new home, Hertta got puppies in June, some of our cotons were CMR tested... =)
Because of moving to a new home, we have had some problems on receiving all the e-mails, so if you have sent an e-mail to us and haven't had any response, please re-send it so we are able to answer =)
Hertta got two girls on June 12th, so now they are already 7 weeks old "monsters" =D Hopefully I'm able to add some photos of them later =)
Doris, Sulo and Sohvi (Nounouche Abigail Gabble) were CMR tested. Sulo and Sohvi got a clear/free result, but unfortunately Doris was found to be a carrier. If you want to have some more information on CMR, check the website of ACC =)
1.4 The spring has arrived (well, few weeks ago already =D)! Puppies are growing, soon they are 9 weeks old! Here are two photos of them when they were 7,5 weeks old, enjoy =)
We have also changed a new video to our video gallery. The star of the new video is Fluffy, Nounouche Andromeda. You are able to find the video on the gallery section on the menu =)
Pipsa (Nounouche Minea Mouflette) participated to a dog show last weekend in Tampere. She was qualified very good in junior class and also got a pretty good judgement =) Thank you Niina & family for showing her!
11.3 The puppies of Suti & Lollipop are already 5,5 weeks! Here are the new photos of them =)
The son of Sulo "Tenho" (Droll Duster Swiffer Duster) has been here with us for the past week. His owners are renovating their house so it was easier that he was staying with us that time. So here are few photos of the wonderful Tenho =)
The daughter of Sulo and Doris, "Lyyli" (Nounouche Miss Harry) was patella examined last week. Unfortunately her patellas were not normal and they were graded as 2/1, when normal result is 0/0. Luckily there has not been any problems with the patellas, so most likely she will be able to live her life without any symptoms =) After this it is going to be even more important to test all the close relatives who has not been examined yet to see if there are more dogs with the same problem (all the close relatives tested already has had healthy patellas). Thank you very much Sirpa and Tiina for taking Lyyli to the examination! =) With examining the dogs we are able to breed healthier cotons in the future.
22.2 Nounouche M-litter had their first birthday today! Happy birthday to Uula, Lyyli and Pipsa!
17.2 We have added a new video page in to our website =) You are able to see one video at a time and it will change every now and then to a new video =) The stars of the first video are Hertta and her puppy "Otto", Nounouche Prins Johan at the age of 4 weeks and the video was made last summer. 31.1 Lollipop (Simply Grand Miss A'merica) gave birth to two female puppies =) The mother and both puppies are doing well. The father for this litter is Droll Duster Mr Chat Cider.

20.1 The first puppies of Doris called Fluffy & Lilie were celebrating their third birthday! Congratulations from Doris and all of us =)
6.1 The son of Doris & Sulo, Uula (Nounouche Mon Moucheron) participated his first official show in kajaani. Uula got the qualification "excellent" and was fourth in his class. Sulo's son Tenho (Droll Duster Mr Swiffer Duster) was also in the the class with Uula and he got the qualification "very good".

NEWS 2006
13.12 We wish you all a merry and peaceful christmas and of course a successful new year 2007!
We were in the Finnish Winner 2006 show last weekend with Pipsa, Nounouche Minea Mouflette. Unfortunately the judge (Juha Putkonen from Finland) wasn't so pleased with her and didn't qualify her well... But Pipsa walked nicely even with a strange handler, which was very nice to see (of course after "few" test rounds =D)
4.11 The daughter of Sulo & Doris, "Lyyli" (Nounouche Miss Harry), was here today visiting us with Sirpa and Tiina =) We had a very nice day, we groomed her and we also took some photos =) Here are some photos of her, at the age of 8,5 months.

8.10 Sulo & Doris' son Uula (Nounouche Mon Moucheron) participated to his first dog show in Oulu International. The day was excellent for him and he was the BOB puppy! The judge was Wera Hubenthal from Sweden.
"Very nice head and expression. Very good neck. Well-developed body. Nice bones and angulation. Excellent tail. Moving very well. Lovely coat and color. Excellent temperament"

We also got some new photos of Sulo's son Cosmo (Droll Duster Moon Swept). This hansom young man is living with Marilyn Smart and Simply Grand Cotons in United States =) Thank you Marilyn for the wonderful photos!
30.9 Today we were visiting at a puppy dog show in Hyvinkää, where Pipsa (Nounouche Minea Mouflette) participated to a puppy show for the first time. The day was great, she walked very nicely and the judge honoured her with the BOB puppy!
29.9 Hertta's puppy "Otto", moved to his new family last weekend. Thank you Sanna & Pete for the wonderful family you gave him! =)
After Otto had left to his new home, Annika's god daughter Adele came to visit us for couple of days. Now she has already left and our dogs doesn't need to be babysitters any more :D
Pirjo was in France for a holiday couple of weeks ago :) A funny coinsidence happened, when she was travelling to southern France. She met another coton breeder in gare de Lyon in Paris :) Katarzyna breeds cotons in Poland with the breeder name White Pearls of Madagascar :)

5.8 We were visiting "Pipsa" (Nounouche Minea Mouflette) and her family today in Tammela. We had a wonderful day there and we took also some photos =)

2.7 Fluffy (Nounouche Andromeda) was in a dog show in Ylivieska. He got Exc1 but was not placed in the Best male class. The judge was Javier Sanchez Fernandez. Thank you Mikko and Laura for showing Fluffy!
1.7 Hertta & Sulo's male puppy was born last Thursday :) More information and photos will be published in couple of days :)
13.6 All Doris' puppies have moved to their new homes. Thank you very much Sirpa, Tiina & family, Piia & Jari and Niina, Pekka & family for the wonderful homes you have given to Lyyli, Uula and Pipsa!
19.4 Some new pictures of the puppies!
5.4 Doris is now a grandmother! Nelly (Longweiler Extra Fine) and Fluffy (Nounouche Andromeda) were blessed with three girls and one boy :) You can find pictures of the puppies and their parents in Cotonelly's homepage!
18.3 Hertta, Sulo and Viivi were in a dogshow in Tampere. Both Sulo and Viivi got the qualification "very good" and they were placed fourth in their classes. Hertta got the qualification "excellent" and was placed second in her class. The judge was an old coton breeder from France, Hélène Moreau de Vincens :)
26.2 The puppies of Doris and Sulo has been born! On last Wednesday was born one male and two females.
NEWS & UPDATES YEAR 2005
29.10 Today we were in a dog show with Viivi in Parainen. We had a nice time in the show and Viivi was performing herself nicely, inside the ring and outside too :) Viivi was fourth in her class with the qualification "very good". The judge was Svein Helgesen from Norway.
Hertta was mated couple of weeks ago and now we are waiting for the ultra sound. Hopefully we are expecting puppies to born a week before christmas :)
3.10 Nounouche cotons moved virtually =) We have a new address (www.nounouche.info) and also a new e-mail address coton@nounouche.info.
Hertta has started her heat and we have planned to mate her with our own male Sulo =)
22.9 Sulo's first litter were born a week ago (15.9) at Pauliina's home! Mother Topsy and the puppies (two males and one female) are doing just fine! You can see their pictures at Droll Duster homepage.
11.9 We were in an international dogshow in Kotka with Hertta and Doris. Hertta won the champion class and was the fourth best female and she also got the Cacib! Even though Doris didn't succeed in the best female class, she did get the reserve Cacib! The judge was Juha Putkonen from Finland.
4.9 Larissa and Viivi were for the first time in a dogshow in Vantaa. Even though Viivi got only "good" in qualification, she was performing herself very nicely. The judge was Jean-Jacques Dupas from France.
29.8 Yesterday we were in a dog show in Tallinn with Hertta, with us there were also Pauliina with her Orfeo and Lollipop. Hertta was BOB with CAC and CACIB, so now she is also an Estonian Champion! The day was also a success to Pauliina's dogs; Orfeo became an International Champion and Lollipop was BOB-junior with jun-CAC and also the second best female!
25.7 Today we went to see a vet and to x-ray Viivi because of her litter "never-gonna-born"... There we found out that Viivi is not giving birth to anything, because there was nothing to give birth to. Hopefully things go better the next time!
16.7 We were in a dogshow in Ypäjä with our Doris' son, Fluffy (Nounouche Andromeda). It was the first official show for our first own bred puppy and he got CAC and was also the second Best Male!
10.7 We were with Sulo in a dog show in Karjaa, He was exc1 but didn't succeed in the Best male class.
6.7 We were in Estonia with Pauliina in an international dog show and Doris got CAC, CACIB and became Estonian Champion! You can read more about our trip from Droll Duster homepage!
25.6 We were in an ultra-sound with Viivi on Thursday and now we surely know to expect puppies at the end of July. We also added a link to koiranet, The Finnish Kennel Club's breeding database.
12.6 We were in a dogshow in Piikkiö, where Hertta participated to the champion class for the first time. The day was great and Hertta was the Best female and BOS!
4.6 Today we were in Tervakoski in dogshow with Hertta and it surely was a great day! Only two days ago she turned 2 years old and in the first show after that she got the CAC and she became a Finnish champion! She was also the best female!
28.5 We were in a dog show with Sulo in Riihimäki. It didn't go very well and next time I hope it goes better.
Viivi has been mated, we wait the puppies to be born at the end of July. More information in Viivi's puppy page!
17.4 Hertta and Sulo were today in a dog show in Kankaanpää. Sulo won his class and was the fourth best male! Hertta won a cac and was the best female!
5.4 Pepe, Hertta, Danny, Sulo and Viivi were in eye- and knee exams today, they all were free of PRA, HC and RD and they all had 0/0 knees!
6.3 Today we had even better day than yesterday, when Hertta and Sulo were in the Vilnius Cup-05 show. Hertta was the BOB and got a cac and a cacib! Today Sulo got an excellent and were the BOB-junior!
5.3 Hertta and Sulo were today in the Lithuanian winner -05 show, and Hertta was the best of opposite sex and got cac, cacib and became Lithuanian winner-05! Sulo got a first price in junior class.
13.2 Doris and Hertta was in a dogshow in Helsinki today and it surely was unforgettable! Hertta got a reserve CAC and was placed second best female and Doris got her last CAC and became a Finnish Champion and she was also BOB!
20.1 Doris' puppies had their first birthday! Happy birthday Fluffy & Lilie!
